The case law update will include a discussion of the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court Janus decision and the Workplace Democracy Enhancement Act on school employees and union membership, recent Labor Relations cases, HIB cases involving school employees, tenure and seniority rights, tenure arbitration cases and much more.
