Join LEGAL ONE staff attorneys in an information-packed webinar with the latest on COVID-19 and the schools. Participants will receive information on COVID-19 from New Jersey’s Department of Education, Department of Health, and the CDC as well as best practices for school districts. Areas include remote learning, distribution of meals to students and staff evaluation and renewal.
The webinar will review legal and best practice considerations regarding the provision of special education and related services to students with disabilities during this period of school closures and remote learning. Additionally, the webinar will provide an update of recent legislative enactments that affect school district operations.
The cost of the webinar is $40. Like LEGAL ONE’s other school attorney webinars, it can be viewed live in an interactive format or viewed in an archived form at a later date. The session is approval pending eligible for 1.2 NJ and 1.0 PA Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. Each attendee must register individually to receive the CLE credits.
